With a decade of expertise in delivering precise and actionable weather forecasts, Tamsin has built a reputation for reliability and excellence.
Her career began with a private weather forecasting company where she provided operational forecasts for a diverse range of clients, from transport networks to the media industry. She later joined an international weather app, where she produced written forecasts, in-depth weather news articles, and video broadcasts for both the platform and its social media channels.

Her passion for meteorology has always extended beyond her professional work. Over the years, Tamsin often found herself creating detailed weather forecasts for friends and family, particularly for weddings. From recommending the ideal time for outdoor ceremonies to helping couples prepare for unexpected rain, she discovered the power of a great forecast in alleviating stress and ensuring events run smoothly.

After witnessing the challenges people face in planning around unpredictable weather first hand, Tamsin recognised a unique opportunity to merge her professional expertise with her passion for helping others. This led to a pivot in her career to launch Ember, focused on personalised weather consultancy.
